We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join the ALN Team to add advisory capacity to our team. This is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to develop support for learners and families, and an opportunity to contribute to shaping the vision for the service moving forward. This post is to commence as soon as possible.

The successful candidate should have experience of working as a practitioner in an education setting. Experience of working in an ALN role and/or an understanding of ALN service level work is desirable. In addition, candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to be resilient, to be flexible and to adapt quickly to change. The post includes responsibility for delivery of the LA's statutory responsibilities outlined in the ALN Code. In addition to understanding the complexity of individual learner, family and school needs, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences. Developing effective working relationships with schools and headteachers is a vital part of this role.
