Freelance Instructor of Outdoor Education

Work base: Nant BH and Pentrellyncymer Outdoor Education Centres

North Wales Outdoor Education Service has two residential centres, Nant BH and Pentrellyncymer Centres, and also provides day and outreach provision to schools, youth services and other groups across the six North Wales counties. To enable safe delivery of courses across both Centres additional supply pool staff (freelance instructors) are required, to deliver the full range of activities.

The successful candidates will have a good understanding of, and commitment to, the role of Outdoor Education within lifelong learning. A range of NGB awards should be held, together with the ability to drive a minibus. For further information please contact jenny.wilson@conwy.gov.uk
