One to one required in a busy Pre-school for May 2025
The Setting Leader, R.I's and Governing Body of this thriving, pre-school setting are seeking to appoint an experienced, inspirational and enthusiastic "One to one preschool setting assistant' for Mes Bach. The post will involve delivering quality care to a lively, active ALN child that requires one to one support. If you require more information, please get in touch. childcare. We are looking for an experienced, creative and outstanding assistant who can:
*Work under the overall supervision of the Setting Leader or Responsible Individual, Headteacher or other senior member of staff or governor, assist and support the delivery of good quality play-based experiences / the Foundation Phase curriculum as part of the Foundation Phase continuum.
*Implement agreed work care plans which have been developed by professional health teams in or out of the setting. Addressing and supporting the needs of the child requiring assistance with all aspects of the child's care this will include assisting with feeding, manual handling and providing medication.
*Provide a warm and welcoming environment within the setting where the child and parents/carers feel valued and able to obtain positive help and support from a range of activities. Develop good relationships with parents/carers to enable good communication.
Working alongside the setting leader to develop/update care plans and review as and when needed. Conduct regular observations as required by early years education.
