Job description
Under the overall direction of the Headteacher and SLT, manage the operation and delivery of support services within the school and the planning, development and monitoring of support services, including the commissioning and delegation of relevant activities. Manages a team of clerical / administrative staff. Has some budgetary responsibility.

Your responsibilities will be:
Responsibility for others:
The post has a considerable indirect impact on the well-being of individuals or groups (i.e. physical, mental, social, health and safety) through contributing to school planning, the development of school policies and delivering support services to the school.
Responsibility for staff:
The post has responsibility for all support staff (between 4 - 12) comprising different groups of staff covering different areas of activity.
Responsibility for financial resources:
This post has responsibility for the management of financial administration procedures, including responsibility for compliance with financial regulations and accounting for income and expenditure.
Responsibility for physical resources:
The post has some direct responsibility for physical resources, involving the careful, accurate, confidential and secure handling/processing of information and maintenance of resources/materials/equipment
