Salary: £40,476.00 - To: £45,718.00

Hours: 37 Hours (Term time only)

• Provide effective leadership and support to SWT Officers
• Represent the SWT at ALN panel meetings and other meetings as required.
• Contribute to the establishing of team plans and self-evaluation.
• Provide Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training to LA staff and schools.
• Develop and sustain effective partnerships with LA Staff and all other relevant agencies.
• To support schools with individual/class support in regarding to behaviour that challenges.
• Providing an advisory and consultation service to school staff on behaviour strategies.
• Keep up to date with all successful international, national and local strategies relating to behavioural/ ALN difficulties.
