The Governing Body wish to appoint a fixed term, full-time teacher with QTS to work as part of the small and dedicated team at our school until 31.08.2026.The successful candidate will meet the criteria of the job description and in addition:
- Be an effective primary practitioner with a good understanding of the development of children's learning and progression
- Have experience of teaching mixed age classes
- Strong classroom management and to effectively implement the school's Positive Behaviour Policy
- Have an understanding of Emotion Coaching and Attachment principles i.e. being kind, caring and patient
- An ability to work as part of a small team
- Have the confidence and ambition to lead an area of learning
- Able to teach Welsh as a second language to a good standard
- Christian values linked to a Church School
Closing Date - 05/05/2025
Interviews will take place week beginning 12/05/2025 and will consist of lesson observation, task and interview with Governors.
