Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils who need additional support in their learning journey? Pembrokeshire Learning Centre is looking for dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our team in a range of exciting teaching positions for students aged 5-16.At Pembrokeshire Learning Centre, we provide a supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every pupil is encouraged to reach their full potential. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with pupils who have diverse needs, creating individualised learning plans and helping them overcome challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and tailored lessons that meet the unique needs of each learner.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to support student progress.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging self-confidence and resilience.
- Implement strategies to promote inclusion, wellbeing, and academic achievement.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school events.
- Have a strong passion for supporting students with a range of abilities.
- Be adaptable, patient, and creative in their teaching approach.
- Have experience working with students with ALN (desired but not essential).
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
