Coleg Sir Gar & Coleg Ceredigion have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Officer to join our campus office team, based at our Pibwrlwyd & Jobs Well Campuses in Carmarthen. This opportunity is to cover maternity that will see the successful applicant work 37 hours, Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?This opportunity promises to be both rewarding and fulfilling, the Administrative Officer will work alongside the Campus Manager, Assistant Campus Manager and various departments to undertake a wide range of duties including administration duties, registry, estates and finance activities. It is vital that Campus Offices offer a knowledgeable service to all learners, staff and visitors in a welcoming, bilingual, effective and vibrant environment. In this context, the value placed on excellent customer care and support must not be underestimated.
What do you need?Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of administration, a relevant level 3 qualification, and experience of using a range of IT programmes/technology. In addition, you will need to maintain strict confidentiality, have the ability to work under pressure, and possess good analytical skills.
The successful candidate will also need to be happy and able to converse through the medium of Welsh.
