The Headteacher and Governors of this successful, happy and supportive school, seek to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Deputy Headteacher with excellent management and interpersonal skills to join part of our exciting school team as we move forward towards a new and innovative build, and transformational times in education and ALN in Wales.
The ideal candidate will be someone who:
• Is passionate about Education
• Is able to demonstrate a track record of generating and sustaining improvement as a middle or senior leader, preferably (though not necessarily) in a special school setting
• Has the necessary interpersonal & organisational skills to motivate and drive developments using the skills of a large team of staff
• Has the personality, drive and enthusiasm to support the Headteacher and Governors in leading and managing the school
• Will be deeply committed to our school, its staff and its wider community
• An innovative and knowledgeable individual able to build on the school’s vision for the new Curriculum for Wales
