We are establishing a new specialist teaching and learning centre in Carmarthen for pupils with identified behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties (BESD). We are seeking to appoint the Assistant Centre Manager to take this provision forward. The Assistant Centre Manager will require leadership experience to work closely with the Centre Manager to develop all areas of this new setting. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist leadership skills in an environment where your support and skills can provide learners with opportunity to recognise and reach their potential.
You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
