Teacher with Responsibility for ICT and Physical Education

Progression Step 2 or 3 - to commence September 2025

The Governing Body of Ysgol Gynradd Gymunedol Gymraeg Llantrisant is seeking a dynamic and inspiring primary school teacher to join our committed team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead and develop our ICT and PE curriculum while supporting our vision of developing pupils in line with the Four Purposes of the Curriculum for Wales.

The successful candidate will:

Have a strong understanding of the Curriculum for Wales and a commitment to its ethos and values;
Demonstrate a passion for both ICT and Physical Education; with an emphasis on extra-curricular sporting activities,
Be able to lead and develop these areas with creativity and impact;
Inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities to achieve their full potential;
Be committed to continuous professional development and the pursuit of excellence;
Have the drive to innovate and the skills to support colleagues in embedding digital competence and physical well-being across the curriculum;
Possess the highest of standards and expectations - of themselves and of the pupils in their care;
Work effectively with others and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
