The Curriculum Development Coordinator is a diverse and key role within the organisation. Assisting the Regional Manager with a focus on assisting, supporting the development and implementation of a cohesive programme of adult learning.
The focus of the role in Neath Port Talbot will be to maintain, support and develop our Creative Arts and Construction curriculum provision, at our Port Talbot Learning Hub (which includes our ‘School-Link’ provision for 14 to 16 year olds, community classes and the ‘Carpentry for All’ Branch) and to develop our general community provision across Neath Port Talbot.
In Carmarthenshire, the purpose of the role will be to maintain, support and develop our Arts and Humanities provision, and general community provision across the county, including a newly established extensive ESOL provision in Carmarthenshire.

This is a hands on role where you will be operating at pace, independently and with support from an established team.

You will have responsibility for (but not exhaustive to):
 Supporting, developing, organising and planning a curriculum timetable, identifying resources such as venues and tutors to deliver courses
 Working closely and supporting delivery staff to ensure the curriculum delivery is meeting the needs of the learner and course delivery meets the requirements laid out by any awarding body and internal quality controls.
 Working with and building significant relationships with external partners to support with attraction of learners, development of the provision and identifying collaboration opportunities
 Support the Regional Manager to ensure identified provision is meeting targets including quality and financial budget

We are looking for someone with excellent organisation, planning and coordination skills, to work well as a team and independently. Bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and develop relationships with colleagues, partners and learners.
Essential qualifications - Level 3 Teaching qualification, Minimum Level 3 standard qualifications
