The Administrator role is a diverse role within the organisation, you will be assisting and supporting the Regional Manager, Curriculum Development Coordinators and Tutors in ensuring that all administrative activities are completed within the required deadlines and in ensuring accurate administration and record keeping in relation to all agreed provision, finance and quality targets.
This is a hands on role, operating at pace, you will carry out a full range of administrative duties, including (but not limited to):
- Being point of contact and responding to routine enquiries from learners, members, stakeholders, the public and colleagues
- Data processing tasks, such as recording course details, processing learner enrolments and evaluations
- Registering courses onto the Management Information Systems (MIS),
- Processing and monitoring all tutor pay claims,
- Logging all learner details and support requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone with excellent administration and organisational skills, who can work well independently and in a team. You will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and develop relationships with colleagues. You will have significant skills and experience of all office administration duties, and experience of raising purchase orders and invoice requests, banking receipt, receipts of monies received and very good all round IT skills covering use of all basic office software applications i.e. word processing, spreadsheets etc.
Essential qualifications - good standard of general education including English and Mathematics GCSE/O Level or equivalent.
