We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Administrator to join the high performing Human Resources team. You will support the Team with a wide range of administrative duties focussed on attracting and recruiting staff across all areas of the College. You will lead the onboarding process of new staff and take responsibility for drafting and placing adverts, liaising with applicants and managers throughout the recruitment process, organising and co-ordinating selection days, undertaking a range of background checks for successful candidates and supporting with initial commencement and induction into the College.

Salary Details: BS12-18 (BAR) 19 - 21 £19,071 - £21,560 (BAR) £21,821 - £23,397 per annum
Contract Type: Salaried - Permanent
Hours of Work: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days pro rata (increasing to 32 days for 5 years + service)
plus 8 Bank Holidays & College closure days per annum
Qualifications: Ideally you will hold a minimum level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and have prior experience of working in an administrative role.
You will be an excellent communicator both written and verbal. You will have excellent IT and administrative skills and have great attention to detail. You will be energetic and enthusiastic with a love of working with people. Great customer service skills are essential. You will be able to demonstrate an organised and structured approach to work and must have the ability to work towards and meet targets/deadlines working at a fast pace within an extremely busy working environment.
The role will be undertaken partly on site at Pembrokeshire College’s main campus but will require the successful candidate to work from home on a rota basis (potentially every other week or one week per month).
Selection Day Information
• You will be required to undertake a skills test (which will assess IT, literacy and numeracy, as part of the selection process.
• Interviews will be undertaken on a face to face basis at the College’s main campus
• A wide range of support is available for any shortlisted candidate who notifies us of a particular support need
