Temporary Higher Level Teaching Assistant

(Fixed term contract until 31/08/2026)

Hours: 32 ½ hours per week, term time plus 5 training days

Salary: Grade G05 NJC point 12 - 19 £20,945 - £23,482 per annum

The Governors of Ysgol Craig y Don are seeking to appoint enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to the above post to work with Key Stage 2 pupils. The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this post.

The successful candidate should be with or working towards a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification

It is a requirement that successful candidate will need to register with the Education Workforce Council prior to commencing employment. Due to the nature of the post the successful candidate will be subject to a disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
