Required from 1st September 2025 for 12 months.

Are you an experienced teacher with a proven track record and leadership aspirations?

Our current Key Stage 2 leader has been appointed as an acting Headteacher on a secondment basis within WCBC. Therefore, we are looking for an additional member to join our senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will:
• Demonstrate strong and dynamic leadership, within the department and across school.
• Build on the strengths of the department and whole school as a key member of the SLT.
• Model and inspire excellent classroom practice maintaining a strong passion for teaching and learning and support the staff in celebrating their successes.
• Be a strong presence who motivates, inspires and engages all pupils and staff.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to nurture positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Show a strong commitment to promoting wellbeing and pupil voice. Be committed to a nurturing approach that supports all pupils and their families.
• Create an environment which secures positive behaviour, empathy, respect, tolerance and diversity for all pupils and promotes high standards of achievement.
