We are looking to recruit a Training Advisor - Essential Skills (Numeracy) to join our Lifelong Learning service.

About the role

To provide high quality teaching and training to all levels and abilities of adult learners, including managers and employees of Ceredigion County Council, local businesses, other teaching professionals, learners from other organisations and the local community.

About the candidate
We are looking for highly skilled qualified tutors to deliver adult numeracy courses.

A Level 4 or above teaching qualification and subject specialism qualification from a recognised Awarding Organisation are essential for this post. You will have a minimum of 4 years' experience of delivering adult education.

You will be required to plan, develop, deliver, evaluate and assess high-quality learning using a range of teaching methods and a range of assessment methods following awarding organisation guidelines.

Due to the requirements of the role the successful candidate must have a level of Welsh fluency on appointment. Please see the person specification for the further details.
