Overview of Role
AnchorJoining us as Employee Relations Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for delivering a high performing and proactive business focussed HR Service. You will take the lead on HR policy as well as managing a wide range of complex employee relations issues. As an expert in employee relations you will be expected to work collaboratively with our managers and HR team on case management of individual, complex, high risk and sensitive employee relations issues.

AnchorEssential Requirements
CIPD Qualified to a minimum of Level 5 & MCIPD
Previous experience of working in a HR generalist role
Experience of leading stakeholder working groups including Trade Unions
Detailed knowledge and experience of HR legal parameters and best practice
Experience of HR system administration and development
Possess a strong customer focus and an ability to build trusted relationships
