1-Year Fixed-Term Contract

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Cover Supervisor with the ability to motivate our students when covering for absent teachers across both school campuses.

The successful candidate will supervise whole classes across the curriculum during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that the work provided for the students is delivered and completed. This person will be required to assist pupils with their work, respond to questions and uphold standards of behaviour in the classroom. Enthusiastic and committed individuals with an ability to adapt to different classroom environments are required for this post.

This role will provide an opportunity to experience the wide range of learning that takes place daily in the school and is the perfect stepping stone for someone who is considering a teaching career and wants experience being in a supportive and friendly school, or a new role for anyone who would like to make a real difference to the lives of young people. It is a great opportunity to play a crucial role in the day to day life of the school within the classroom and to gain exposure to the school environment.
