TEACHER OF LEARNING SUPPORT CLASS
(SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL AND BEHAVIOURAL DIFFICULTIES: SEBD) – Centrally FUNDED BASED AT YSGOL NANTGWYN
Salary Scale: Teachers Salary Scale plus SEN Allowance (£2,310)
Rhondda Cynon Taf Access and Inclusion Service is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced teacher for a Learning Support Class for pupils with SEBD based at Ysgol Nant Gwyn from 1st September 2022
The class will support 12 pupils with ages from 11-16 years.
This provision supports learners with a range of additional learning needs. The class will be staffed by a teacher and 3 Learning Support Assistants who support learning activities and mainstream inclusion.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience of working with pupils with additional learning needs, including SEBD, and will have undertaken relevant specialist professional in line with LA requirements.
