Pembrokeshire College is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Employer Engagement Advisor to join our team.

Salary Details: BS22-BS25, currently £28,308 to £30,652 pro rata

Contract Type: Salaried, Permanent

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week

Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per year (increasing to 32 days for 5 years+ service) plus 8 Bank Holidays & College closure days per annum

Qualifications: You will hold a relevant Level 3 qualification

Experience: Experience in business development, sales, or employer engagement (preferably within education, training or recruitment but not essential). Your ability to build relationships and create opportunities is what matters most

About the Role

As Employer Engagement Advisor, you will be the face of the College to local employers, working together to understand their training needs and offer solutions that align with their business goals. You will build and manage lasting relationships, promote our range of training and apprenticeship programmes, and contribute to the College's strategic growth and income generation targets.
You will be joining an existing, supportive team with a clear purpose: to deliver high-impact training that meets the needs of both learners and local businesses.
What You will Do;
  • Build and manage relationships with local employers and key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and promote the College's training offer
  • Conduct training needs analyses and develop tailored training proposals
  • Work closely with curriculum and support teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Represent the College at business events, exhibitions, and networking forums
  • Use our CRM system to manage engagement activity and maximise opportunities

  • Cynrychioli'r Coleg mewn digwyddiadau busnes, arddangosfeydd a fforymau rhwydweithio
  • Defnyddio ein system CRM i reoli gweithgaredd ymgysylltu a gwneud y mwyaf o gyfleoedd
