Senior Educational Psychologist

We are a supportive and well-established Educational Psychology Service based in a beautiful location in North Wales. We work as part of a wider Additional Learning Needs and Social Inclusion Support Service, which brings together a number of specialist colleagues and teams to support young people and their families across Conwy.

We are looking to appoint a permanent Senior EP for 0.6 / 3 days from 1st November 2025. The EP service leads a multi-disciplinary Emotionally Based School Avoidance strategic group; Autism Outreach Service; Specialist Learning Support Service and jointly coordinates with health our Specialist Speech and Language Disorder Team. We also have a well-established ELSA programme and supervision offer across our schools.

We work closely as a team to ensure that what we are offering is responsive to the needs of the communities we serve and are constantly looking for ways to adapt and develop to respond to shifting priorities. This is enhanced by the positive working relationships we have with our schools and joined up working across services.

We would welcome expressions of interest from experienced EPs who are ready to take on different areas of specialism and are committed to being part of our enthusiastic and knowledgeable team.
