Outreach Support Worker - Crownbridge School

Salary: Grade 5 | £28,142 - £31,022 PRO RATA

We are looking for someone with proven successful experience of working with children and young people with complex needs/ALN.

Good communicator and person centred in approach.

Enthusiastic and flexible with a desire to improve outcomes for children and young people.

Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
