Salary: Grade 7 Point 15 to Point 19 £30,024 to £32,061 per annum pro rata £15.56 to £16.61per hour

School Site Manager Vacancy
The Governing Body of Ysgol Llanfyllin is seeking to employ a Site Manager. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. A 'can do' attitude and good DIY/Handyman skills, an understanding of basic plumbing, electrical work and heating systems are essential. Some experience of managing a small team would also be an advantage as would some knowledge of health and safety procedures. This role
comes with full responsibility for the extensive site, supported by an Assistant Caretaker and a Groundsman. As the school is used occasionally by the local community at weekends and evenings, some out of hours work will be required, paid at the set hourly rate.
Hours - Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm, 4.00pm on a Friday
Six weeks paid holiday.
