Finance Officer Cash Officer/Sales Ledger

Salary: £25,098 - £27,179

The College Merthyr Tydfil wishes to recruit a Finance Officer - Cash Office and Sales Ledger (TTO / 37 hours per week - 40 weeks per annum).

The post will be permanent. The salary for this post will be based on a pro rata basis as it's a TTO post.

The role of Finance Officer Cash Officer is to work in the College's Cash Office (am) and the main Finance office (pm). The role will involve: dealing with both staff and students; to input bank and cash transactions; to raise sales invoices to both external customers and student: to support the other members of the Finance department in the execution of their tasks; to provide general finance support as required. Also, to undertake any other ad-hoc duties appropriate to the role.

The appointed candidate will be appropriately qualified, and/or vocationally competent, to undertake the duties of this role.
