TERM TIME ONLY WITH NO TERM TIME LEAVE
The Governors of Wat's Dyke School seek to appoint a motivated and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant who is keen to play an active role within the School. The successful candidate will work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff, usually in the classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
The successful candidate will need:-
• To have knowledge and experience of primary education
• To have knowledge of how children learn best
• To have knowledge of ALN
• Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• NVQ Level 2 or above desirable
• To have an understanding of the learning outcomes for assessment
• To demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with a committed team.
