LRC Teacher / Mainstream ALNCO - Ysgol Glannau Gwaun

The Governing Body wishes to appoint a proactive and motivated Teacher/ALNCO committed to supporting pupils with additional learning needs including literacy, numeracy and social/emotional development to join our school team and help provide a healthy and safe environment for the children of Ysgol Glannau Gwaun.

Collaborate with class teachers and support staff to ensure each learner achieves their full potential. Oversee the identification, assessment and provision for ALN pupils, monitor progress and ensure compliance with ALN legislation and school policies. Create a nurturing and structured learning environment where every pupil feels valued.
