Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Team Lead to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with families and learners to provide the necessary support and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with schools to address and overcome barriers to student attendance and engagement
  • Challenge schools on current attendance trends
  • Provide a range of training relevant to the role
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve school attendance rates

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within education or social services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
