We are seeking an outstanding individual is looking to progress within the Teaching Assistant role and work within our Enhanced Inclusion Provision.

The successful candidate will:
  • plan and deliver engaging activities for children who have Additional Learning Needs.
  • work effectively as part of a team alongside the Enhanced Provision Lead HLTA and the ALNco.
  • have high expectations both for children and themselves.
  • have excellent communication skills and be committed to building positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
  • support high quality teaching and learning.
  • enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learning.
  • contribute to the broader life of the school community
  • be willing to engage with appropriate training for the role.
  • feed back to class teachers, Specialist ALN HLTA and ALNco on children's progress.

The ability to communicate in Welsh to Level 2 or above is desirable.
