Full Time and Term Time Only

Fixed Term until 31st August 2026

Term Time Only Salary (based on 29 weeks remaining of the academic year) - £16,478 - £20,360 per annum. Please note, actual salary will be based on the number of weeks worked for the remainder of the academic year.

We are looking for an Inclusive Learning Facilitator to join our enthusiastic ALN team on a fixed term basis, covering maternity.

Job purpose - To support the Head of Additional Learning Needs Support (ALNCo) and Deputy ALNCo in creating an engaging and welcoming environment for learners at your designated Additional Learning Needs hub.

You will have experience of working with Additional Learning Needs and disability, specifically supporting learners with Autism, Emotional/Social/Behavioural Difficulties, Sensory Needs, Learning Disabilities, and Physical Disabilities. You will be able to undertake personal care and hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or willing to undertake.
