Class Teacher

Temporary Fixed Term for One Year (4 days per week)

Required for 6th January 2026 or before if possible

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Class Teacher to join the dedicated staff at Arddleen C.P School teaching in our Year 3/4 learners or elsewhere in the school, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be caring, highly motivated, skilled and dynamic - fully committed to the role and the wider life of the school. They will have high expectations and high standards, with a proven track record of successful teaching and partnership- working to bring to our team. They will be a versatile practitioner, able to teach learners with different abilities and learners with additional needs. A good working knowledge of the Welsh curriculum is desirable.

The successful applicant will be subject to a Powys County Council enhanced disclosure from the DBS and will need two references before they can take up the post.
