Term-time only - 15 hours a week (ideally 3 hours each morning)
Temporary until Easter 2026 in the first instance
We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, adaptable and passionate individual with excellent people skills and a high level of empathy. The successful candidate will be working within our exceptional pastoral team in a positive and dynamic working environment, supporting our work to improve student attendance across the school.
You will have high expectations, an ability to inspire, laugh and enjoy the challenges of the role. You will be a team player; you will go the extra mile to support our students.

YOU WILL BE :
- Be self-motivated,
- Have experience of dealing with young peoples' pastoral issues,
- have excellent inter-personal skills and a warm, caring and flexible approach.
- You will also need to have good numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
