Introduction
This is a management post within Coleg Llandrillo which is part of Grŵp LLandrillo Menai. The postholder will be responsible for a high performing Programme Area, one that has received excellent feedback from Estyn.
The post-holder will need to be learner focussed and ensure that all learners are supported to achieve their potential. Alongside this the post-holder will need to ensure that staff are supported and developed in their roles so that we can deliver on our priorities.
The post-holder will support the development of the new Tourism & Hospitality Academy which will include contributing to the design of a new multi-million pound development at the Rhos on Sea campus. Alongside this the post-holder will work in partnership with some of the leading Tourism and Hospitality businesses in north Wales. Supporting the success of this marquee project is essential.
