We are seeking a motivated and skilled Hourly Paid Lecturer who specialises in Maths to join our passionate and enthusiastic team at Bridgend College.

In this flexible role, you will have experience in delivering engaging and effective teaching in Maths, with knowledge of current WJEC Mathematics and Essential Skills qualifications up to Level 2. Your responsibilities will include planning, delivery, evaluation and assessment, guiding learners through the curriculum, helping them develop a strong understanding of key mathematical concepts and ensuring they achieve their potential. You will provide engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners, adapting your teaching strategies to ensure all students progress. Your role will be central to supporting learners in gaining the qualifications they need to progress in their chosen field for future success.

You should hold a degree (or equivalent) in Maths, along with a PGCE certificate (or be prepared to obtain this). Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a passion for motivating all learners, supporting their success.
