Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Salary: Salary: £25,583-£27,254 per annum (Pro rata) (subject to term time adjustment)

1 x temporary Level 2+ Teaching Assistant to start January 2026

(until 31.3.26 in the first instance) 32 hours per week,

Term time only (39 weeks per year) based at Ysgol Maes y Coed.

The salary stated will be subject to a term time only adjustment for the commencement of employment outside of the start date of 1st September .

The Governing Body seeks to appoint the above teaching assistant. Experience of working in a school with pupils with severe / profound learning needs is essential. Welsh language skills are not necessary. Successful applicants must be able to work in a team & show initiative.
