Faculty Co-ordinator (Engineering & Computing) - Interim Cover

Salary: BS26-29 BAR 30-33 (£32,916 - £36,573 BAR £37,801 - £41,356 per annum)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Faculty Co-ordinator to join our busy and dynamic Faculty of Engineering & Computing on an interim basis, extending to 30 June 2026.Salary Details: BS26-29 BAR 30-33 (£32,916 - £36,573 BAR £37,801 - £41,356 per annum)This is a 8-point incremental scale with progression to each point on an annual basis. Commencing salaries will be assessed in accordance with the College's starting salaries matrix.
Contract Type: Salaried - Fixed term to 30/06/2026 (covering a period of absence)
Working hours: Full-time - 37 hours per week
Qualifications: Hold a relevant minimum Level 3 qualification - however, it is highly desirable to hold a Level 4 qualification.
It is highly advantageous to hold an ILM qualification
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, high performing individual to gain experience, supporting the curriculum management team in the planning and implementation of the Faculty's provision. Duties will include;
- Annual planning
- MIS learner enrolments, transfers, withdrawals
- Qualification registrations and claims
- Timetable amendments, register compliance and updates
- Experience of using the Dashboard and EBS to gather complex information
- Support the arrangements for Open Evening, Engineering and Computing expo and Parents' evening (if required)
- Prepare data and reports for meetings and reviews
- Taking minutes of meetings (if required)
- Processing the monthly payroll (timesheets) for hourly paid members of staff
- Pay Forecasting
Extensive experience of both information management and the co-ordination of operational processes, is essential. Please refer to the job description for full details about this role.
