The role requires an ability to work with children, staff and members of the public. You will hold a very responsible role within the school, being a key holder and will be required to work split shifts over 2 days.

- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and have the ability to use your own initiative to deal with issues as they arise on the premises.
- Able to assist in maintaining and improving the appearance of our school building and outdoor environment.
- Able to use basic DIY skills eg painting and fix minor repairs.
- Responsible for key holder duties and site security.
- Aware of and respond to Health and Safety issues.
- In possession of good communication skills.
- Able to test and maintain school safety systems. The ability to PAT test would be an advantage (training can be arranged).
- Willing to undertake the relevant training courses once appointed.
