Cwmbran High School is seeking to employ enthusiastic people to join our Exams Team to assist as invigilators for the school exams throughout the year. The number of hours you work will be as and when required, predominantly during November, December, January, April, May, and June. The successful candidates will be calm, organised, and approachable. They will need to follow instructions and to provide support to the examination process. The position is suitable to someone who can work flexibly and can commit to being available during the May & June exam season. Full training will be provided prior to any invigilation work.We are committed to ensuring all our pupils develop as successful individuals, from our most vulnerable pupils to our more able and talented learners. We recognise that for pupils to achieve their potential, their learning needs to be personalised to meet their individual needs. We also recognise that learning is more than academic achievement but should be centred on the development of the whole child, including their personal development.
For an informal discussion regarding the application process and vacancy please contact Mrs Kirsty Maniatt (Examinations Officer) to discuss this opportunity further. Applications may be submitted in Welsh, and an application submitted in Welsh will not be treated less favourably than an application submitted in English.
