Clase Primary School - Teaching Assistant Level 2

The Headteacher and Governors at Clase Primary School are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for 27.5 hours a week. These roles will involve providing support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs in a very supportive and inclusive mainstream school. This will be a temporary appointment, in the first instance, to the specialist teaching provision.

The successful candidates will: -
  • be enthusiastic, motivated individuals, passionate about supporting children with Additional Learning Needs
  • be committed to inclusive education for all pupils
  • have very good communication skills with both adults and children
  • have the relevant qualifications and experience in a school setting.

The successful candidates will be able to: -
  • work with the class teacher to appropriately support pupils with additional learning needs.
  • implement programmes under the guidance and direction of professionals.
  • work as part of our staff team to deliver effective person-centred provision.
