Job description
About the role:

Working as part of a team to provide support and advice for schools in relation to ALN

To take on individual cases as directed by the Inclusion Managers in order to ensure that the needs of pupils are met

To provide training, advice and guidance for schools in relation to the ALN Act

About you:

You will have a minimum of 3 years successful, post qualifying experience in teaching and have experience of working directly with pupils who have a range of ALN. You will have an enthusiasm for the service area with a strong drive to secure improved outcomes.

What you will do:

Support schools to set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils.

Advise schools on the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), provision maps and person-centred planning.

Work with schools and parents/carers to resolve issues and concerns.
