• is an excellent practitioner with a good knowledge of Curriculum for Wales
• can teach across several year groups
• has high expectations of both learning and behaviour.
• is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of pupils and strives to make a difference to the 'whole' child.
• is a committed and flexible team player who seeks and shares ideas.
• is willing to show a commitment to the wider life of school and extra-curricular activities.
• has the skills (or aptitude to learn how) to support the school in furthering the Welsh language.
• is open to new approaches that support pedagogy.
