Clyro CiW Primary School is a warm, friendly, and vibrant school community, supported by an inspiring outdoor environment that promotes exploration and active lunchtime play. We are looking for a fun, approachable and enthusiastic midday supervisor to support our wonderful pupils during their lunchtime break to help ensure this time is a safe and happy time for all. If you can manage footballs, support friendships and help locate the occasional missing jumper or coat then this is the job for you!
About The Role:
As a Midday Supervisor you'll be key to ensuring our children have a safe, happy, and
positive lunchtime experience.
• Supervision & Safety: Overseeing children in the dining hall and playground,
making sure everyone is safe and engaged in positive play.
• Care & Well-being: Encouraging good manners, healthy eating habits, and
positive social interactions.
• Positive Play: Organising and encouraging fun activities and games, ensuring all
children feel included and happy.
• Support: Being a friendly face for children who might need a chat, feel upset, or
require a bit of help.

• Kind and Caring: Someone who can build positive relationships with our pupils.
• Patient & Approachable: Able to listen to children and manage behaviour with a
firm but fair approach when necessary.
