Head of Learner Services

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Learner Services (Crosskeys Campus) to be responsible for ensuring the quality of the learner support experience across all aspects of the learner journey. The postholder will be the Lead Designated Safeguarding Officer for the Crosskeys Campus, liaising with external agencies as required to ensure learners are safe at all times and the College fulfils all statutory duties in this area.

Suitable candidates should hold a degree or equivalent professional qualification, and have undertaken training in child protection and or Safeguarding.

The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh would be highly desirable.
