We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional site manager to a caring, friendly and hard-working team at Dolau Primary School.
Duties are varied and includes performing a high standard of maintenance within the buildings and grounds, repairs, co-ordinating of contractors and site personnel, and internal painting and decoration where required.
There is a requirement to maintain building security and supporting staff during the school day.
In additional to this, the successful candidate will be a main key holder, subject to call outs during non-working hours after school and weekends.
The successful candidate will:
• Maintain all areas of the school to a high standard
• Be flexible and reliable
• Have good interpersonal skills and ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a strong team
• Be responsible for cleaning any area of the school not contracted to external providers.
• Receive further training and knowledge of IT systems to ensure co-ordination of on-line security, fire and water systems.
• Occasionally be required to drive the school minibus.
