Compliance Training OfficerJob description
About the Role:
The Compliance Training Coordinator will be responsible for the design, delivery, and coordination of all statutory and mandatory compliance training across the college. This includes health and safety training,
safeguarding, data protection, equality and diversity, prevention of sexual harassment, and other regulatory requirements. The postholder will deliver a high volume of face-to-face training annually while coordinating e-learning
platforms and external training providers to ensure 100% compliance across all college sites. The role requires excellent training delivery skills, strong organisational abilities, and in-depth knowledge of FE sector
compliance requirements.

Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for the safeguarding and for the promoting the welfare of learner.
Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
