We are looking to appoint an excellent Flying Start Childcare Manager to manage the setting. You will need relevant qualifications and experience of management in childcare settings as well as lots of enthusiasm and a passion to support children and families within the community. You will be responsible for the operational management and organisation of the child care setting and will manage and support the Flying Start child care team in order to help maintain the high standards already established.

Flying Start is a Welsh Government initiative, which seeks to offer support for targeted pre-school children and their families, living in designated areas of deprivation. Flying Start offers children access to high quality childcare as part of a multi-agency team approach, in order to improve outcomes in preparation for school and the long term. With the Expansion of Flying Start Childcare all 2-year olds in Swansea are now entitled to 12.5 hrs funded childcare
