The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking team. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school, working with individuals, small groups, and whole-class settings under the direction of the class teacher.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality support to pupils to help them access learning and reach their full potential
• Assist in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities
• Support pupils with additional learning needs, promoting inclusion and independence
• Help maintain a positive, nurturing, and well‑organised classroom environment
• Assist with planning, record-keeping, and assessment as required
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external agencies
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
