The successful candidate will need to:
  • be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
  • understand how to inspire and challenge children through providing high quality learning experiences.
  • have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the requirements and expectations of Curriculum for Wales.
  • be an excellent communicator, able to inspire, enthuse and motivate others.
  • be able to take on an area of responsibility and demonstrate high levels of initiative.
