An exciting opportunity has arisen for Automotive IQA and Training Coordinator within the Work Based Learning department at Cardiff and Vale College.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate and support high‑quality training programmes across all provision.
  • Ensure robust internal quality assurance (IQA) processes are consistently applied.
  • Provide learners with a compliant, effective, and positive learning experience.
  • Maintain strong engagement with employers throughout the learning and assessment process.
  • Ensure assessment and delivery meet awarding body, contractual, and organisational quality standards.
  • Manage a caseload of learners and employers.
  • Act as an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), monitoring assessment practice and providing support to assessors/trainers.
  • Maintain full compliance with awarding body and regulatory requirements.
