New Directions Education is currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Schools throughout the Newport area. You will be confident working with all ages in Primary. You will need to be flexible and comfortable working either 1:1 or with small groups of children. You will need either a child base qualification or 3 months minimum experience working with children to register for LSA work.
The successful candidate will bring positive energy and enthusiasm into the class. You will need to be caring, compassionate and approachable. The successful candidate will be able to communicate on different levels, and engage with pupils using different learning techniques.
